About us

The Network aims to promote transformative change to tackle the global climate and nature crisis, harnessing the power that comes from 80 percent of the world’s population identifying with a faith.

Practically, it aims to increase the visibility of women led climate action, scale up best practices, foster radical collaboration among diverse women of faith networks and mobilise women of faith in support of the mass mobilisation of women for climate action.

Our Activities Include:

  1. Supporting connection, exchange and collaboration among members

  2. Increasing visibility of women led climate action though storytelling, mapping and communications

  3. Expanding partnerships and collaborations on transformative climate action projects.

  4. Combining forces for joint advocacy at key climate related events in 2025, including CSW and COP 30

  5. Securing new resources for women of faith climate action

Our logo

IMG_8045.PNG

Our logo expresses three key concepts:

First, we see ourselves as an expression of Project Dandelion, a women-led global climate campaign. Inspired by the symbol of the dandelion — resilient, healing, and far-reaching — we are all what one member at the founding convening described as “Dandelions of Faith.” The dandelion at the centre of our logo marks that connection, reminding us that we are part of something rooted and growing — scattering seeds of change across the world.

Second, the faith symbols on the dandelion petals reflect unity across faith and spiritual traditions. Just as each petal is unique, and our traditions and expressions of faith are different, together, they form a whole. We are diverse in faith, but united in purpose.

Finally, the words that circle the edge of the logo are not just a frame — they are a symbol in themselves. Their circular shape illustrates our global presence, reaching across geographies and cultures. This is a network without borders, grounded in radical collaboration, connection, and care.
